I was not happy with the attitude of the Christchurch branch. They only seemed interested in getting me into court to take my money and for me to fight my ex partner which is not what I want and neither does my ex. I didn’t feel listened to and I was continuously talked over. I did however speak to a lovely lady prior to my phone appointment who gave me confidence that I would get the advice I needed unfortunately this wasn’t the case. I would avoid this solicitors at all costs because taking your money and making sure you are left with none is all they are looking at doing. I have now found a brilliant solicitor who has given me the advice I was looking for and was very friendly and understood everything I was asking unlike this solicitors!

The team at HGW Christchurch were there from start to finish with the sale of my property, they were professional yet understanding of my needs as a novice seller. They kept in close contact all the way through the selling process, I was particularly impressed with a member of staff called Tina Hill (Conveyancing Assistant) this lady was absolutely outstanding, from our first phone call to our first meeting she helped and supported me, she was never too busy to answer my phone calls or emails and I felt she provided a personal touch whilst remaining professional.
