Nick at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Our prescription couldn't be filled by Medrock as it was for a newborn, and instead of just sending us on our way like anyone else would've done, Nick took the time to call around to find another pharmacy who could fill our prescription, and faxed the script over to them. I can't thank him enough for his help and kindness. Great place with great staff.

Vivo cerca pero no permiten recogida personalmente ósea tuve que esperar casi 15 días y encima llega el frasco llega casi a la mitad(no se podrá distinguirse en la foto)ni siquiera funciona bien tengo que abrir y con la ayuda de un palillo de dientes sacar la crema y cuando llame me dice el que me atendió que es aire por eso no funciona. Claro si pago por algo incompleto. Veré si al menos me da resultado

My dermatologist tried several medications that didn't work so the recommended Medrock pharmacy. They make customized formulary prescriptions for medications. It was just a bit more than what my insurance would cover, but not too bad. It worked great and was so easy to order and included free shipping. It also arrived at my house very quickly. My experience with them has been great!

Good experience using this pharmacy. Only minor complaint I have is that I never got a notification that it was delivered and it sat in mail box all day during warm weather. I’ve used other specialty pharmacies that require it to be signed for before it is delivered so I didn’t expect this. Everyone who helped from beginning to end was very nice and helpful.
