I had been out of the military for 15 years. I spoke to Ms Allen about it and she asked if I filed for compensation. I expressed to her that I felt due to me being out for so long without filing, that I wouldn’t qualify. I was concerned that even if I did qualify, I wouldn’t receive that much compensation. She talked me into filing for my VA claim. She literally walked me through the process step by step. She helped me to obtain all of my military records and medical records. She then helped me to file all the claims that coincided with my records. She helped me with my appointments and stayed in contact throughout the entire process. I thought at best I’d get 40 maybe 50%. When I received my award letter, I was blown away. My first time filing, no appeals, no hiccups. I was awarded 90% with two more appointments to possibly receive 100%. I am forever grateful for her guidance and her dedication to me and my claim. I couldn’t be happier with her services. I recommend Ms. Allen to any and everyone thats in need of assistance. She’s knowledgeable, honest, and up front about the entire process. That goes a long way when it comes to important matters. I could only give a 5 star rating but I would’ve given 10 stars if I could; she’s just that professional and good!
