Obviously no one wants a divorce. It is a very difficult situation for couples and families, emotionally and financially. With that being said, Sharon made our situation as smooth and painless as it could have possibly been. My ex and I have a lot of love and respect for each other even though we knew that our marriage needed to end. We did not want to go in and hurt each other or have either person feel that the split was unfair. We chose mediation because we didn’t want to argue, hurt each other or just give lawyers money that we have worked incredibly hard for over the years. Sharon has years of experience in both a family law litigation and mediation. She has the empathy to understand the tough situation, but also the legal experience, to be an unbiased third party and guide couples through the extremely difficult and emotionally stressful process of divorce. Sharon charges a fair flat rate for her service. Unlike litigation attorneys, it’s not in her best interest to keep couples fighting to earn more money. We have a number of friends that have gone through divorces recently and have chosen to obtain separate lawyers. Most of these situations have gotten very ugly and have caused a lot of hate between all parties involved, including children. I feel very fortunate that we were able to find Sharon and work through our differences quickly, calmly and intelligently while maintaining love and respect for each other. The entire mediation process was done in a day. We hugged each other and walked out feeling like we both received a fair settlement. I would highly recommend calling Sharon if you are going through a divorce. She was absolutely amazing and my ex and I both felt like we had a friend in our corner through the entire process.

Sharon was able to help my ex husband and I navigate through very challenging decisions that were not resolved between our attorneys and other professionals through a collaborative process. We were very fortunate to have found Sharon's office for our mediation needs. Going through a divorce is a stressful time enough, but not knowing what to expect and all that's involved can be very overwhelming. Having our first informational session with Sharon was great! She gave us us her full background, explained her role and gave us a full overview of what is involved. After signing on for their services, we met with Rachele for our mediation session. Rachele was awesome to work with!! She takes the time to explain every detail thoroughly so we all understand. We had a rather fast and smooth session. Rachele then gave us full details on the process afterwards once the waiting period was over. I had many questions after the fact and everytime I called for info, she was very detailed in her responses. She was quick to return email or be readily available by phone. Highly recommend Sharon and Rachele for mediation needs!!! And they have nice pens in your folder!!

Of course no one wants to go through a divorce but if faced with that situation I would highly recommend Sharon and her team.
