I just completed Kreider Mediation's 40-hour Basic Mediation Course. I had a great experience! The classes were full of information and very engaging. The instructors, Steve, Rhonda, and Ese, were all funny and pleasant to interact with. I’m glad I was able to join the basic mediation course at the very last minute! This class fits both professionals and those who are looking for a new career. The class is fun but very in depth. The class is fun so you won’t feel overwhelmed sitting for hours listening to lectures only. It’s also a very interactive class. Overall, I had a great experience and are taking the Advance Mediation course with Kreider Mediation as well. Definitely recommended!!!

Since taking my first course with Kreider Mediation, I've completed two more. Here's why I still recommend Kreider Mediation: Instruction is practical. I learned the nuts and bolts of what to do and when during the process. I appreciated the variety of backgrounds of the other students and the insights they brought to the courses. Steve generously shared sample documents and his slides from the classes. Still appreciated having the class done after work in smaller chunks. The downside to that is my fellow students feel like family. I'm going to miss them!

I took the Advanced Mediation course from Kreider Mediation and was so glad I chose this instructor. The class is 100% via Zoom, but it felt personal and tailored to my goals. Classes are scheduled after normal working hours, so I didn't have to take time off my day job to participate. Lessons broken into four-hour chunks also give students time to think about the day before, review notes, formulate questions, and prepare for the next meeting. With so many things competing for my attention, I found this format helpful. And finally, Steve Kreider is a fantastic, down-to-earth instructor - an Army veteran who has seen it all. He brings in other professionals to dig into specific areas of mediation, too. Choose this course - you won't regret it.
