Their responses were always extremely fast, and I never felt that I was kept in the dark regarding my case. The prices were so much more reasonable than going to an attorney or other eviction practice, and they were forthcoming regarding the charges throughout the entire eviction.

It is crazy how tenants can pay rent when and if the want. Decide that they are not going to move out of your home when you ask them too. It seems like for some it is ok to take advantage of the homeowner and on top of everything leave your home a mess. I want to give a HUGE thank you to Leavitt Evictions. Kaila was professional, timely and made our family comfortable with the process of evicting our tenant. She took care of everything for us, even going to represent us in front of the judge. I do totally recommend Leavitt Evictions to anyone needing assistance with a bad tenant. I also hope to never need assistance again. Thank you.
