My law office uses Natalie to mediate our family law cases. She is a highly knowledgeable, and experienced board certified family law attorney turned mediator, and author of "Forgiving Unforgivable," a life-changing book. Natalie knows the law. After many years of litigation and courtroom experience, she is in the best position to educate the client (and often the lawyers, too) what litigation would possibly mean to the clients, if the case is not settled. Hands down, Natalie is by far one of the very BEST mediators. She is professional, incredibly smart, knows the law and (sometimes more importantly) the court system. In the mediation setting, she has an amazing way of connecting with and understanding each party very quickly. Getting parties to understand their risk and exposure should the case not settle is certainly not an easy task, especially in emotional family law cases. But I can tell you that if Natalie cannot settle a case, it probably can't be done. In addition, as an attorney practicing in the same area, I have seen first hand what her knowledge of the law as a Board Certified Family Law Attorney can do to guide and advocate for a client. I have an absolute immense amount of respect for her. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

To say Im shocked at some of these other reviews is an understatement. I have had amazing interaction with Natalie Baird Mediations. A key take away for me is that in mediation there are no winners and losers but hopefully there is compromise. Sometimes when we are knee deep in the emotions of our experiences it takes a non biased person to say the things we do not want to hear for the sake of that compromise. Natalie Baird Mediations is willing to play that role and does such with respect and professionalism for the client.
