This woman determined that my exhusband is “mentally healthy.” A man who cheated on me when I was pregnant, lied when caught and gaslit, tortured and abused me until he left at a “more appropriate” time, when our son, the youngest of three, was 1 year old. Guess she thinks mentally healthy men lose all of their instincts to protect women and children. She thought nothing of the fact that he bought a ring for another woman when I was three months postpartum, and when I called him out on it, he twisted the story and accused me of never liking the gifts he gave. She didn’t seem to think it was problematic that his phone records showed numerous calls to STD testing companies when I was 2 months post partum, which I found when I pulled phone records. Maybe his excuse that he feared “a latent STD from college resurfaced” made sense to her. She found the fact that he jumped from a 9 year marriage, straight to his mistress straight into another 6 year relationship, which he has now destroyed by cheating, to be healthy behavior. Who needs time off to self-reflect?

She got duped. Lots of fancy degrees and publications certainly don’t add up to “skilled at my job.”

She was involved at every stage, which provided the confidence and trust that was needed during that time.
