The doctor was knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He asked great questions and he had all of my information at hand prior to the call which made this process seamless. Wonderful service. The staff was thorough and professional. I was able to set an appointment time that fit my schedule. I was even able to do the interview on the go, on my phone with no issues. They continued to follow up regarding all the processes taking place during the period from the approval to the delivery of my medical card. So quick and easy. Emailed to ask how to get started, they responded same day. Made my account, chose my appointment and paid the fee. I received instructions via text about my video call. The entire process was hassle free and went very smoothly. The online part of the process was simple and clear. The nurse I had my video call with, was extremely nice and knowledgeable and it was a pleasant call. Start to finish took 24 hours or less and I had my certification. The application process was fast. I had options for same day appointments. My provider was early to the easy to set up virtual call. The entire process from beginning to end was easy to n as navigate. My nurse practitioner was friendly and made my appointment comfortable to speak to her.

I highly recommend quick med cards to anyone who’s a new patient or renewing their card. I had a tele health video call with Nurse Hall and she’s so sweet and understanding about my condition. She went above and beyond and even gave me tips and advice. I felt so comfortable talking to her. After my appointment she thoroughly explained the next steps of what I needed to do next. She truly cares about you and your health. I’ve never felt so much relief after, I knew I was taken care off. Quick med cards will be my go to in the future. My husband and I both have gotten our medical cards through this quick med cards for the last 2 years, and we both were really shocked by how easy, and fast it actually was. The appointments are very straight forward. All of our appointments have been with, Nurse Ray, she is an awesome person, and she really does a great job at keeping appointments quick, but also makes sure that you understand everything that’s important to know when receiving a medical card. My husband and I will both continue to get our cards from here because of the convenience for us.
