The worst service in town, the lawyer took mounds of money for a simple land transfer, made me wait for 2 months before I heard anything. He didn't give a courtesy call/email or explain anything after.
His assistant is rude and acts like you owe her something.
I give their service two thumbs down. Would never recommend it to anyone.

Was not pleased with the lawyer that we used to get my step grandfathers will redone. He changed the power of attorney, but he said that he needed more information from the doctor to change the executive of his will, and then he passed before it can be done explain to me, why power of attorney can be signed over, but more information from the doctor needed to sign for executive. I do not understand that part and I just feel bad for my grandfather, because that will that he done before, the lady manipulated him, and was a worker for him, manipulated him to change his will from his daughter to her as POA and executive. But he got POA changed when we got him a lawyer as he requested a lawyer so we got this lawyer to do that for him. But the lawyer did t get him to sign for executive but he passed before it could all be done. Not impressed with them whatsoever so if you’re wanting things done immediately, do not go through McCaffrey and Taylor. They were quick to take money from us but as soon as he passed they could no longer talk to me because they were representing him. What a joke.

Taylor McCaffrey handled a multi deal purchase and sale of our home for us. The paralegal, Rebecca, is very knowledgeable and was able to navigate through the tight timeline between the sale and purchase. We were also in the middle of a travel and Rebecca was very accommodating to our schedule. Jack oversea the entire transactions and guided Rebecca the steps required to flow through from the refinance to the sale and the purchase of our houses. We were able to close both on time and received our reports and sale proceed within a few weeks after the deals were closed. We are very happy that everything settled so quickly and the issues we had were dealt with efficiently.

Charged $2000 a month for Colleen a "managing partner" that isn't competent at what she does, doesn't request necessary documents from the opposing side when required and is not helping my case at all. She is deliberately prolonging this case for the money. Save yourself a massive headache and your wallet and don't go to this place

Went to Taylor McCaffrey with high recommendations. Unfortunately the lawyer we requested wasn't taking new clients, we were then recommend by the firm to use lawyer Kim Antonio. We read her reviews on line which were not good, but decided to give her the benefit of the doubt.

We entered into this knowing it would cost us money, but expected to have a professional lawyer that would look after our best interests. This was not the case. After spending over $10,000.00 and countless months of back and forth with her, we cancelled our service with her. It wasn't until this time that we learned she wasn't communicating with the other lawyer dragging things on in the case and when I confronted her on this she stated "it's for your protection". We feel that this was done to retain more work from us.

We ended up representing ourselves and within months it was over. We had 8 months with her "on the case" with absolutely nothing accomplished.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service.
