DO NOT BE A PATIENT HERE!! You will be treated without care or understanding not only clinically but administratively! The front desk receptionist is unfriendly and rude. If you ever have an appointment and need to cancel due to sickness or COVID in my situation, you will be billed $100 same day cancellation fee even when you call the day before to cancel! They are unethical and will not work with you. I was directed to the billing department who used the excuse of “we called you the following morning to check on you and to see if you were still keeping the appointment!” So they consider it a same day cancellation. They are fraudulent in their own office policies and have no compassion or empathy for their patients. Dr. Boudreau was always kind during my visits but will not respond to requested calls regarding my treatment or questions. Not sure if her staff are relaying the messages to her. Many times I have asked to get a return call from the receptionist or doctor I have never been called back.

This is the worst family practice that I have ever delt with. The nurse will not return phone calls or respond to messages from my insurance company. They made me cancel a diagnostic test that was severely needed because the insurance agent could not verify information with the doctor. There is a total lack of communication with this office. I highly recommend to stay away from this doctor and find a practice that actually values their patients time and well being.

While the doctor provided excellent care and was thorough during my appointment, my overall experience was marred by a lengthy wait time for an appointment and a frustrating encounter with the front desk upon arrival. Despite the urgency of my medical concern, I was informed that I needed to provide payment immediately or leave without being seen. While I understand the need for administrative processes, the lack of flexibility and empathy in this situation was disappointing. Thankfully, I was able to locate my credit card, but the experience left me feeling unsettled, particularly given the serious nature of my condition, which turned out to be cancer. Ultimately, the medical care I received was effective, but the administrative aspect of the practice could be improved to better serve patients in distressing circumstances

I had an incredibly frustrating experience attempting to make an appointment with this doctor’s office. Initially, I called and scheduled an appointment, only for the front desk to mishandle my booking time. Upon calling back to clarify, they were unable to find any record of my original appointment but proceeded to schedule another one. Astonishingly, the day before my rescheduled appointment, the office called to inform me that I could not be seen because I had “missed” my first appointment. Despite explaining the mix-up, I was met with an unreasonable response: I was banned from their office.

The lack of professionalism and poor communication I experienced was unacceptable. This ordeal caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office. Their handling of appointments and customer service was not just disappointing, but appalling.

I want to say that the negative reviews seen here are very much the opposite of my experience at Vita. Specifically, Matt Royster goes above and beyond and clearly cares about his patients. Front office staff are also very pleasant and helpful. I am very grateful to have found this practice and for Matt's thoughtful approach in caring for my family. I have tried several other family practices and pediatricians, and I don't think anyone even remembers my family from one visit to another. This is NOT the case with Vita - Matt is clearly interested in the ongoing health of my family.

I have seen l practitioners here for annual check-ups with positive experiences. I did not, however, feel the same about Dr. Boudreau. I felt judged by her at times during our interaction and I found out later that she changed my plan of care without even consulting me. I called the office the next week and was assured that she would address my issue or call me back. Neither of these things happened.

I’ve been a patient for over 5 years and I’m happy and very satisfied with the care I receive. I feel like I visit a friend when I see Dr. Boudreaux and I don’t mind driving for 50 minutes to see her and her team.

I was looking for a smaller office with a great primary physician. I had been going to a larger practice but always felt like another number. When I arrived at Vita, I was greeted promptly and didn't wait at all to be seen. Both the nurse and the doctor were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had blood work and the nurse did a great job, didn't go home sore at all. I would absolutely recommend their office. The office is modern and super clean. I felt like the doctor listened to my concerns and made sure I was on track with all my tests. I only wish they had told me about their spa services!

At this practice everything is about money, Patients have zero value!
Hard to get an appointment if you are sick! You will never receive a reminder for your appointment because they are not investing on even the simplest/ cheapest calendar services!
Doctor messes up with a blood work order, missing an item for a patient who has extreme fear of needles and asks you to go back!! Not even a simple apology!
No answer to pharmacy calls for med re-fill! Not even responsive to patients' calls. Because they don't trust their patients. You need an appt again!
Doctor doesn't call you to go through your blood work result even if you ask for her, unless you get an appt. again!
Basically, it's a dead end when you need to talk to the doctor without getting an appt again!.
Calling the office, they are always on the other line assisting other patients!!!!! But when it's 10 minutes passed your 24-hour cancellation window (which happened because nobody picked up the phone earlier!) They will charge you for a no-show appt! They did not even mention on the call that you are late and will be charged but sent an email invoice 6 months later!
And they do not welcome any comments and/or concerns! The most unprofessional and least caring practice I've ever dealt with.
